APPLY FOR UTILITY SERVICES

How to Apply for Utility Services:

  1. Complete the Service Application and submit it through email or drop it off at the office. This application will cover service for water and sewer. If sent through email, we will need a copy of the applicant’s social security card and driver’s license. If brought into the office, please bring the driver’s license and social security card for us to copy.

  2. Reach out to our District Manager, W. Jesse Hammon, for an impact fee quote. This quote will need to be paid before water can be supplied to the property.

  3. A copy of the District’s collections policy and water rates will be provided upon completion of all above-mentioned documents.

  4. If the property you are applying for services for already has an active account with us, the District will need the permission of the previous owner to transfer services.

  5. A security deposit may be required if the applicant is not the owner of the property served.

  6. You will receive a paper statement of your bill at the end of each month. If you would like to opt for paperless billing, you will need to make an account on Xpress BillPay and inform the District that you do not want to receive paper bills in the mail.

  7. Payments can be made via check, either by mail or dropped off at the office; please note that if sent by mail, we may not receive it by the due date, so plan accordingly. Payments can also be made by card; you can do this online through your Xpress BillPay account or call the District, and we can run the card for you (we only accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and bank issued checks).

For additional information, please reach out to the district at (928) 875-2600.
